During my BEd at UBC, I created a dance unit during the height of COVID-19, when movement, creativity, and connection were more important than ever. The unit was designed to be accessible for both in-person and remote learning, requiring no special equipment and celebrating movement and connection. I'm so proud that, even years later, teachers across Canada continue to use this resource to bring joy and movement into their classrooms.
